Refund and Returns Policy

Our Commitment

As a professional furniture manufacturer, Fuzhou Victor Furniture stands behind the quality of our products. We strive to ensure every shipment meets our BSCI and FSC certified standards. If issues arise, we are committed to resolving them fairly and efficiently.

1. Defective or Damaged Items

In the event of manufacturing defects or damage sustained during transit (for which we are responsible), we offer the following solutions:

  • Replacement: We will ship replacement parts or new units in your next container.
  • Credit Note: A credit amount will be applied to your next order.
  • Refund: Partial or full refunds based on the extent of the damage.

*Note: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods with supporting photos/videos.*

2. Order Cancellations

Because most of our products are custom-made (OEM/ODM), cancellations are handled as follows:

  • Before Production: Full refund of the deposit (minus any material sourcing costs already incurred).
  • During/After Production: Deposits are generally non-refundable once the raw materials have been cut or assembly has begun.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-designed products (unique sizes, specific fabrics, or private labels).
  • Items damaged due to improper secondary warehousing or handling by the client’s side.

4. Return Shipping

For international wholesale orders, returning physical goods to China is often not cost-effective. We typically resolve issues through compensatory replacements or local disposal with credit. If a physical return is required, shipping costs will be negotiated based on the responsibility of the fault.
